Blue Eyeliner Makeup TUTORIAL

An easy way to get a fun gradient of blue eyeliner by using nail tape.

I used L'Oreal Paint eye liner in 3 different colors and defused the crossover from one color to the next with a little eye shadow that matches the liner's color.
